Northstar Utilities Solutions™ is a leading utility billing software developed by Harris Utilities. Technologies Edge has worked with Harris over the last 15 years and have customers actively using NorthStar in multiple customer sites. Technologies Edge partners with NorthStar for water, sewer, and electric utility billing along with Cityworks service integrations.

Asset Management

After 12 years of working together, Technologies Edge became a Certified Implementation Partner in 2014. We have completed multiple projects in AMS and PLL for cities in multiple states. As a smaller firm, Technologies Edge focuses on one project at a time and looks to achieve a Go-Live much quicker than the industry standard. Our goal to be completed is 10 weeks and 30 weeks for AMS and PLL, respectively.

Technologies Edge has experience installing, configuring, and supporting Freeance for Cityworks Mobile, Freeance AVL/Tracking Application, and Freeance Cityworks PLL Mobile. Developed by TDC Group, Freeance is the leading mobile application for Cityworks and is the only developer with a mobile PLL solution.
